Alba Thermal Springs and Spa Accessible Experience
Alba Thermal Springs and Spa is a world-class luxury wellness sanctuary in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Nestled in 15-hectares of native landscaped gardens, Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in over 30 pools, with the provision for a pool hoist, including a rain pool, forest pools and Eve – the sunset pool. There is a dry sauna, steam room and cold plunge pools, plus rooftop salt baths and private terrace pools. Luxurious full-day self-care packages, half day rituals and treatments are available in the spa. Alba’s restaurant Thyme showcases locally sourced produce in an all-day menu created by award-winning chef Karen Martini.

There is an accessible bathroom with a portable change table as well as a mobile hoist.

Alba has been designed with everyone in mind. All the buildings and pathways are wheelchair accessible, as are several of the pools. They have wheelchairs available for loan from reception, which can be used onsite. Four of the pools have the provision for a hoist with a sling, including one of the private pools on The Terrace. They have accessible parking, accessible change rooms and toilets. Alba offers complimentary access to the property for carers supporting a guest with a Companion Card.
Cancellation Policy: They appreciate things change. However, they do ask for 48 hours’ notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. The full cost will be incurred if a cancellation is made within that 48-hour period. For Tea Thyme and special events, they ask for 72 hours’ notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. For groups of 10 guests or more, please refer to the terms and conditions on your proposal.
